Wings extend flight stamina; Speed shortens the trip. If you run out of air before a landing, compare a Wing or Stamina upgrade. If you already make the crossing safely, compare Speed. Carry becomes useful when you can bring multiple Eggs home reliably.

Which upgrade solves the problem?
Stamina bar empties before landing
Prioritize total flight time. Compare the next Wing multiplier with your current Stamina upgrade cost, then test the same gap again.
The route is safe, but slow
Speed can reduce the travel time. Do not pay for a higher Wing tier just to solve a Speed problem.
You can return with one Egg every time
Carry may improve the number of Eggs per trip. Check its current cost and your Base space; extra capacity has little value when you cannot place another Egg.
